Combating corruption and bribery<\/strong><\/h2>

SEC DATACOM operates primarily in the Nordic market, where corruption and bribery are relatively limited.<\/p>

Nevertheless, SEC DATACOM has developed a Corporate Compliance programme which, in addition to our commitment to GDPR and our privacy policy, also includes a mandatory anti-corruption training module for all employees.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In addition to, of course, complying with applicable working environment legislation, we are aware that a good working environment increases employee satisfaction and productivity. <\/p>

A natural balance between work and leisure<\/strong>We continuously strive to have a framework that can create the necessary flexibility in relation to work and family life. All employees have the option to work from home via a digital workplace, and to a large extent can plan to make use of this when there are private matters that need to be handled during \u201cnormal\u201d working hours. <\/p>

Health<\/strong>With our own state-of-the-art fitness centre, we give our employees the opportunity to exercise free of charge every day of the week. In addition, training classes and activities are arranged on an ongoing basis, which you can choose to participate in. In our canteen with our own chef, a healthy and varied diet is prepared, as far as possible based on organic products. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Zero tolerance for sexual harassment<\/b>Unfortunately, sexual harassment and violations still take place in our society. As a responsible company, we address this. Through our managers, we influence a culture where there is zero tolerance for sexual harassment and violations. This is followed up on an ongoing basis, including through employee well-being surveys.<\/span><\/p>

Human rights<\/strong>A risk assessment of the impacts on human rights shows that the risks are greatest in the supplier\/producer stage. SEC DATACOM recognises its social responsibility in relation to the supplier\/producer stage, and supports and respects internationally recognised human rights, as set out in the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights as well as the core conventions of the International Labour Organization.
