Compliance information
Below you can find further information about GDPR, the Whistleblower scheme and anti-corruption.
Anti-corruption
Corruption has a negative impact on both business and society in general. It undermines economic growth and democratic institutions, but above all it keeps many people around the world in poverty. SEC DATACOM is committed to doing our utmost to comply with national and international laws and regulations regarding corruption. Therefore, all our employees must complete annual training covering several anti-corruption topics.

Whistleblower scheme
We encourage an open corporate culture where all internal and external stakeholders have the opportunity to report suspected illegal, non-compliant and unethical behaviour – naturally in full confidentiality. The scheme can, among other things, provide an early warning with the aim of reducing risks and maintaining high business ethics, as well as preserving trust in us.
What can be reported?
Suspected serious matters such as corruption, bribery, fraud, over-/under-invoicing, embezzlement, occupational health and safety, violations, harassment or breaches of the law within, for example, personal data, tax and the environment. If in doubt, report it!

Reports concerning employees or managers should be addressed to CFO Peter Fahoum, who, in cooperation with the rest of the Executive Management, will handle the matter.
