  1. Protecting your personal data

SEC DATACOM values your privacy, and we therefore make every effort to protect your personal data. This privacy policy explains and clarifies how we, as a data controller, process our customers’ and business relations’ personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

If we have not been in contact with you for more than 12 months, we reserve the right to delete the personal information based on relevance or ask whether you would still like to receive information from us.

SEC DATACOM’s responsibility for information sent to the persons in our database is limited to communication between SEC DATACOM and the recipient. SEC DATACOM does not take responsibility for any forwarded information handled by a third party, or any other communication, with SEC DATACOM as the original sender, that is sent to secondary recipients. In the event of confidential information, we will inform the recipient to uphold this.
